Cancellation policy
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Membership Agreement:
By becoming a member of Studio 424, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Membership is non-transferable, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and access codes.
Conduct and Responsibility:
We foster a respectful and inclusive environment at Studio 424. Members are expected to treat fellow members, guests, and our staff with courtesy and professionalism. You are responsible for your personal belongings, and Studio 424 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Please refrain from engaging in any behavior that may cause harm or disruption to others or our facilities.
Facility Usage:
Whether you are utilizing our coworking spaces, staying in our hostel accommodation, or booking our event spaces, please follow our guidelines and policies for each respective area. This includes respecting noise levels in coworking spaces, adhering to hostel rules for a peaceful stay, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations for events hosted at Studio 424.
Payments and Cancellations:
Membership fees, accommodation charges, and event bookings are subject to Studio 424's pricing and payment policies, which will be provided to you at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund policies apply, and specific terms will be outlined for each type of service.
Code of Conduct:
Studio 424 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior. We expect all members to adhere to a high standard of conduct. Engaging in illegal activities on our premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reporting to the authorities.
Limitation of Liability:
While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Studio 424 will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur within our premises, unless caused by our proven negligence. We do not assume liability for the actions, services, or products of third-party individuals or organizations connected to our community.
